CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service total. All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment. In the event of 3 cancelled appointments in row, the client will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit before booking their next appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time will result in either a rescheduled appointment, or leaving with wet/un styled hair at the end. This is dependent on the type of service booked.
